My photo won't upload. What do I do?Updated 3 years ago

If you're experiencing problems uploading your files through the product page, please follow these steps.

1. Check your internet speed & connection.  If your files are very large, it may just be taking a while to upload.
2. Check your file size.  In some cases, the file size limit is 20MB.  Try optimizing your files to decrease your file size before uploading.
3. Are you still having trouble uploading?  No worries!  Please upload your photos through our upload portal here: UPLOAD PORTAL
   1. Once you've uploaded your files please email [email protected] for further assistance placing your order.  Please include the following details in your email:
      • The Size & quantity of prints you would like to purchase
      • The desired frame finish (if applicable)
      • The desired orientation (horizontal or vertical) for each file uploaded
      • The desired hanging hardware/method for your prints.
